30-Day Return Policy
At NapTote, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for clarification. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the best option is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need to justify the reason. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
